ZhongHeng Group Initiates Construction of the New Dongguan Liansheng Plant, Continuously Expanding its Manufacturing Footprint

▋ZhongHeng Group kicks off the construction of its new Dongguan facility, consolidating manufacturing resources to build a centralized operational base.

ZhongHeng Group continues to optimize its overall manufacturing footprint, recently planning the construction of a new plant in Houjie Town, Dongguan City. Through the consolidation of manufacturing bases, the Group aims to further enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation capabilities.

Between 2015 and 2021, ZhongHeng Group successively integrated multiple production enterprises, including Zhong Ju Wire Factory, Feitai Wire Assembly Factory, Len Yu Metal Stamping Factory, and Meixing Plastic Mold Factory, with respective facilities located across Houjie, Changan, and Wanjiang districts in Dongguan. Because these production bases were scattered and all existing facilities were leased properties, site conditions not only constrained future capacity expansion but also resulted in redundant management functions and increased operational costs.

To further optimize its internal management system, integrate the Group's manufacturing resources, and enhance overall competitiveness, ZhongHeng Group applied for and secured approximately 20,000 square meters of industrial land from the Houjie Town Government. The plan involves constructing approximately 70,000 square meters of production facilities and gradually consolidating and relocating the aforementioned four plants into the new campus.

Centralized Operations: Building a More Efficient Manufacturing Footprint

Following the completion of the new plant, the centralization of production bases will enable the further integration of human resources, equipment, and management assets. This will reduce redundant management and operational costs while enhancing cross-functional synergy among different manufacturing units.

Beyond improving current operational efficiency, the new plant will also provide adequate space and infrastructure for future capacity expansion and business growth, further strengthening ZhongHeng Group's manufacturing service capabilities.
